A 25 years old female patient, with no significant past medical history, presents to office with skin concern. The patient reports sudden onset of a rash that initially manifested as erythematous 10x12 cms. raised confluent papules and blisters of various stages on both thighs and later extends to left forearm with 6 cms linear erythematous papules and yellow red blisters.The rashes causing moderate to severe itching and tenderness. The patient has new exposure to contact with wild brush plants while she was visiting Napa valley, hot tub bathing, the application of new brand suntan lotion, the consumption of scallops first time.She does-not take any. medications except birth control pills and she is allergic to Cefaclor.
