Problem Statement on case Gloria Jenkins
Mrs. Jenkins is a 65-year-old female who presents with acute lower back pain that started two days ago after rearranging tables at work. The pain started in her back and is radiating down her right leg. She describes the pain as sharp and interfering with her sleep. Walking makes her pain worse. On physical exam, she presents with a positive straight leg raise and contralateral straight leg raise on the right. Deep tendon and ROM testing showed deficits. Mrs. Jenkins has a past medical history of Asthma, osteoporosis, and hypertension.
