In Palmdale, California, the homeless range in age from 16 and up, and sometimes even younger when living in a family unit. These people have little to no income, and the majority of the population is composed of males. There are numerous parcels of land throughout the community that serve as homeless encampments, despite the fact that some homeless individuals may be settled. These locations offer no protection from the harsh winter gusts and temperatures. Assistance will be provided to all individuals who are able to receive it. This assistance will not vary according to age, gender, or family composition. To approach people and offer assistance, the volunteers will drive up and distribute supplies. Individuals are permitted to decline the offer, as it will be distributed to those in need and will remain available even if declined. As it is difficult to keep track of who receives resources in homeless communities, we will only visit a single random location at a time and attempt a head count. A random location pop-up will ensure that no one receives more than they have already received; however, it is crucial to first distribute all available resources to everyone before distributing the remainderman illness. In this discourse, I shall elucidate the significance of the aforementioned project and expound upon the reasons why it is imperative for the community to extend their support to these individuals.
