Problem Statement on case Erin Davis

Ms. Davis is a 20-year-old female who presents alone with a complaint of occasional, slow-building headaches, described as "bad pressure" and a "tight cap" around the head. She had a stressful event before her headache this morning but denies specific patterns as to when they occur. Unable to rate the headaches on a scale of 1-10 or identify the duration of the attacks. Hx of headaches started a while ago, now increasing in severity, duration, and frequency. No alleviating or aggravating factors. Takes ibuprofen or acetaminophen for symptom. Denies light and sound sensitivity, nausea, or vomiting, known head traumas, or FH of migraines. Admits to recently increased stress. PE revealed bruising on the left arm and left breast, otherwise unremarkable.
