KH is a 25-year-old female who presents to the clinic with new rash on inner thighs x 1 day that has spread to her left forearm. She reports recent hiking/bushwhacking with possible exposure to brush plants. Other new exposures include oily sun-tan lotion, hot tub, and scallops. Has an allergy to cefaclor; however, no known environmental allergies. No cough, runny nose, or red eyes prior to onset of rash. Assessment revealed 10x12 cm erythematous papules and blisters of various stages to bilateral proximal inner thigh and 6 cm linear erythematous papules and blisters of the left ventral forearm.
