This is a 25-year-old female that presents with a rash to bilateral inner thigh 10x12 cm raised, erythematous, papules and blisters in various staged areas and left arm: linear erythematous papules and yellow blisters. The patient has had itchiness and increased tenderness for the past 24 hrs since onset. The patient was exposed to wild brush plants during hiking and was exposed to a hot tub. The patient was also exposed to a new lotion and ate scallops for the first time, the patient has a history of allergic reactions to medication.
