B.B. is an 18-year-old male who presents in the clinic with his natural father due to a sudden loss of consciousness lasting a few seconds at football practice. Symptoms preceding loss of consciousness were fatigue, leg cramps/pain, loss of hearing, and vision changes. He reports having an 8/10 headache, excessive sweating, and nausea early in the day. Has taken 2 tablets of Tylenol regular strength for headache, now a 3/10. Last meal was at dinner, and only took a few sips of water every hour during football practice today. Currently uses nicotine, THC, and alcohol. No previous history of fainting, seizures, or head trauma.
