This is a 65-year-old male, who is recently retired, upon assessment has an elevated blood pressure of 130/76 other VS normal, and also BPH, comes in with complaints of fatigue, weight gain couple of pounds without trying, having a sedentary lifestyle of, polydipsia, polyphagia, increased polyuria during night time 5-7 times, and blurry vision, denies allergies, denies snoring according to wife, denies loss of sensation. He has a large neck diameter and central obesity, there is no change in prostate size, and no changes in medications since the last visit.
