She eats a poor diet that is high in carbs and eats at night to try to stay awake to study. on physical exam of she has an elevated BMI, she is tearful and is noted to have striae on abdomen and buttocks, acne on forehead, and acanthosis on nape of neck. She denies suicidal thoughts.
