Darrell Bridges is a 40-year-old black male who came to the ER with complains feeling sick, walking up in the morning feeling scared when he noticed facial drooping and was unable to move the left side of his face. Mr. Bridges also mentioned experiencing a fever and chills. When the symptoms began, he saw a doctor at his worksite who prescribed him a 5-day course antibiotics. He also mentioned noticing new skin rash described as flat and red. He noted that he "gets cuts and scrapes a lot at work but these things are different."
