Medications (include ALL, tx of primary condition, underlying conditions, pain, comfort needs, etc., dose and route):
- Furosemide 40mg IVP once (Sinha & Agarwal, 2018)
- Calcium gluconate 1g IVPB once
- Lisinopril 2.5 mg PO daily (Loutradis & Sarafidis, 2020)
- Amlodipine 2.5mg PO daily (Pugh et al., 2019)
- Protonix 40mg PO daily
- Acetaminophen 650 mg every 4 hours PRN mild pain or temp > 100.4 F
- Zofran 4mg IVP every 4 hours PRN nausea
- Nicotine patch transdermal daily
- Colace 100mg PO daily with 8 ounces of water, hold for loose stools
- Maalox 30cc PO every 4 hours PRN indigestion….. Continue
