Patient is a 25-year-old female that presents with a bilateral rash on her inner thighs and a linear rash on her left ventral forearm. The rash on her inner thighs consists of raised erythematous papules and blisters measuring 10 x 12 cm in various stages. The rash on her left ventral forearm consists of 6 cm linear erythematous papules and yellow-red blisters. She reports that the rash began with itching that has progressed to tenderness. Her recent exposures include wild brush, insects, hot tubs, oily suntan lotion, and scallops. Her past medical history remains unchanged since her last visit. No recent change to medications or allergies. She denies any constitutional, cardiorespiratory, or gastrointestinal symptoms. However, the rash has significantly affected her quality of life.
