18 month old, White, female, here with vomiting and diarrhea x 2 days. Child is fussy and has not been wanting to eat since feeling ill. Vomits looks like small bits of food/stuff she’s eaten. Nothing makes vomiting or diarrhea better or worse. Child with 4-5 episodes of vomiting and diarrhea 3-4 times/day. Normally has 5-6 wet diapers/day for the past 2 days has had 4 wet diapers/day. Last urination this morning. Usually drinks 12- 15 oz of milk per day and eats table foods but this morning drank 1 oz of milk and some Pedialyte. Normal physical exam. She is 75th percentile for her height and weight. She is meeting developmental milestones and sees the pediatrician regularly.
