Self-assessment helps me look at my strengths and weaknesses, and enables me to fill in the gaps that are missing in my performance, by creating strategies to help me improve upon my abilities. The purpose of the following is to identify my responses to a self- assessment of clinical skills for PRAC 6665-Care Across the Lifespan I, with goals and objectives I hope to achieve during this clinical portion of the PMHNP program.
